Plain-language terms for buying and using The NonSlop Grocery Navigator. By purchasing or accessing the guide, you agree to what's below.

The NonSlop Grocery Navigator (the "Guide") is a digital product: a members-only website of written guidance, directories, and interactive tools for buying real food. Payment is a one-time charge for lifetime access to the Guide as it exists at the time of purchase, including any updates we choose to release. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Because the Guide is a digital product delivered instantly and in full the moment your payment completes, all sales are final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered. Everything included is described on our sales page and FAQ before you check out, so you can make an informed decision. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and you waive any right to a refund.
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase in error, contact us and we will correct the duplicate charge.
Access is granted through your Whop account and is for your personal use only. Your login is individual to you. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your access, or copying and redistributing the Guide's content, is not permitted and may result in access being revoked without refund.
Payments are processed by our checkout provider, Whop, and are subject to their terms and privacy policy in addition to these. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
The Guide is educational content only. It is not medical, nutritional, dietary, safety, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. If you have a medical condition, a food allergy, are pregnant, or are considering a significant change to your diet, speak with a licensed professional first. Any cost figures shown in the Guide are illustrative averages, not predictions, and no way of eating guarantees any particular health or financial outcome.
Store availability, product formulations, labelling, and certifications change over time and vary by location. We do our best to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is current or error-free — verify claims such as grass-fed, organic, wild-caught, or halal locally. The Guide is independent: we take no advertising and no affiliate commissions, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsing any store or brand named within it.
The Guide is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Guide. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be lawfully excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the Guide after an update means you accept the revised terms.
